Health Suite

Take some time out to unwind, recover and feel like yourself again.

Saunas and steam rooms offer a time-tested way to ease tired muscles and quiet busy minds. Whether it’s post-workout recovery or a moment of calm in your day, this is your space to slow down and restore your energy.

As a member, you will be able to take full advantage of our Health Suite.

The Health Suite is a mixed-use facility for adults aged 18 and over. Swimwear must be worn at all times.

Everything you need to know before you visit

A few things to keep in mind

To make sure everyone has a comfortable, relaxing experience:

Skip lotions, creams and shower gels while using the sauna and steam room
These facilities are for ages 18+
Food isn’t permitted in the health suite
Swimwear must be worn at all times
Don’t forget your towel as we’re unable to provide one
