We're currently without hot water in our taps and showers due to essential maintenance on our boiler, which we expect to be completed by 17th October. Don't worry, our pool and air temperatures are not effected by this and the centre is ready for you to enjoy.

Soft Play or Pool Party Competition

  • The promoter of this competition is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (Company No: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ.
  • The Soft Play or Pool Party Competition is open to members of any MORE Leisure Centre who:
  1. Share the competition post to their news feed
  2. Tag two friends in the competition comments
  • The competition runs from 13th October 2025 to 20th October 2025.
  • 1 Winner will be drawn at random during the week commencing 20th October 2025.
  • Entries will only be accepted for children that the entrant is legally responsible for.
  • 1 Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries that meet these terms and conditions.
  • The prize consists of either: A 1-hour soft play party or 1-hour pool party (winner’s choice), followed by 1 hour in the studio at Swan Pool and Leisure Centre. See table of party details, including timings and inclusions:

  • Entrants may request a preferred Saturday or Sunday time slot; however, this is subject to availability. If unavailable, an alternative date will be offered.
  • The party must be booked and take place no later than 31st October 2026.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.
  • Winners will be notified via Facebook and must call the centre on 01280 817500 to claim their prize. Please note: we will never ask for bank details or personal information.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected.
  • If a winner rejects the prize, provides invalid entry details, or breaches these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn.
  • The competition is not open to Serco Leisure Operating Ltd employees.
  • Personal information will be handled in line with Serco’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition. (Privacy policies can be found on leisure centre websites.)
  • Serco reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or prize at any time without notice.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse to award the prize if there is a valid and justifiable reason.
