Gym Refurbishment

Our gym will be closed on Tuesday 16th July at 9pm and will reopen on Saturday 27th July at 8am for our exciting refurbishment.

During this closure you will have full access to the gym at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre, located in Marlow. Alternatively you can head over to Aylesbury and use the gym at Stoke Mandeville Stadium and Aqua Vale Leisure Centre.

If you're heading to Bisham Abbey or Aqua Vale, you'll be able to claim a free hot drink or bottle of water from the café facilities on every visit. To take advantage of this, all you need to do is show your membership to the café team.

Within the renovation period, our gym will be upgraded with a range of Life Fitness cardio, resistance and free weights equipment to improve your workout experience. This includes additional free weight benches, dumbbell racks and replacing the carpet tiles in this area.
