Free Taster Swimming Lessons

Our high-quality swimming lessons will teach your child a skill for life and a love for the water. Join us on Saturday 7th June and Sunday 8th June for free taster swimming lessons.

Saturday 7th June -

  • 11.30am - 2pm (Stages: 1, 2, 3/4, water polo stage 7+)

Sunday 8th June -

  • 10am - 2pm (Stages: 1, 2, pre-school, water polo stage 7+)

Big Splash Weekend Timetable

Thrive Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.
