HIIT
HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of high intensity cardio that involves working in short bursts (intervals) with rests in between. Our HIIT classes can last 30 minutes and are made up of 60 second intervals that alternate between activity and rest time. Session are usually short and intense, making HIIT an ideal option for those who want to work out but have minimal time on their hands.

Body Combat

Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. Not only is it great for your cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also great at toning your muscles and gaining strength. Indoor cycling will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and your core. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.

Yogalates
"Yogalates is a mixture of Pilates and yoga. You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness.
The Pilates exercises are aimed at strengthening the core abdominal muscles, which support the spine and assist in good posture. The aim is to perform exercises that tone the whole body so that alignment and body awareness is improved. Traditional yoga poses are also taught in order to increase joint mobility and improve muscle flexibility to increase suppleness and reduce tension. "

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Monday from 11am until 1pm.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
